Time spent actually tuning your motorcycle.
Because leaded fuel reduces the lifetime of oxygen sensors by an order of magnitude, tuning with leaded fuel will require customer purchase of an oxygen sensor (supplied from our stock). This sensor will go with you when tuning is complete, with the number of hours logged with it. You may use this as desired, but please keep track of the number of hours it's used, and do not exceed 50 hrs total. Sensors degrade quickly with leaded fuel and the data recorded will become less accurate.
Harley Davidson tune license for Dynojet Power Vision tuner. If you don't own your own PV unit which is married to the VIN on your bike, you may opt to purchase a tune license instead where we use our own PV hardware to be able to reprogram the ECM.
Other makes/models that require a license to flash tune to vehicle ECM requires purchase by customer. Cost varies per make/model, Woolich Racing licenses are $200/bike, call for details.
Some metric sportbikes require installation of a small wiring harness that interfaces with the shop's tuning harness. This stays with your bike to facilitate future dyno or track tuning. I don't do bench flashing, in order to save time/money for customers.
If extra fuel is needed to complete dyno tuning and you started with a full tank and didn't bring your own extra (if you have a small tank, say) it will be $5/gal to supply more. If you didn't arrive with a full tank and I need to supply gas to even get going, it's $10/gal. Please arrive with a full tank!
